Service Description
Engage in a personal one-on-one therapy session focused on addressing your unique recovery needs and if applicable, any underlying trauma or nervous system dysregulation. I will create a safe space for you to explore your feelings and work towards healing. Certifications and Approaches: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Somatic Experiencing Certified Practitioner (SEP) Safe and Sound Protocol Practitioner (SSP) Rest and Restore Protocol Practitioner (RRP) Advanced Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples Provider (EFT) SMART Recovery & 12-Step Informed Provider Internal Somatic Parts Practitioner (Intermediate) Insurance: I accept BCBS PPO, FSA & HSA Cards. I am an out-of-network provider for all other services.
